Refund Policy

We provide a 14 day refund policy.  We guarantee a full refund if the item you received is not as described, faulty, or not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.  

To start the return process, please contact us at info@cycleelectric.eu. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hopefully, this will never happen to you, but we always strive to take care of our customers and build relationships for life.  At Cycle Electric, the customer is always our first priority.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded from your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Information  

All eBikes, eScooters, and eMopeds come with a 1 year warranty.  However, this does not include any man-made damage due to neglect, acts of God, or wear and tear.  If you have any issues or concerns, contact us at info@cycleelectric or fill out our contact form and we will take care of you as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. 

 

Disclaimer 

Every country, state, town, and city have different laws/regulations.  We recommend that you check with your local authorities if you intend on commuting on public roads.  Legal requirements relating to speed or power restrictions should always be followed such as in parks, tracks, trails, private areas of residence, and public roads.  Some of our products are capable of extremely high power, and it is up to you to be respectful to yourself and others.

For the safety of yourself and others, we kindly ask that you take responsibility not to injure, harm, or disrespect others due to mismanagement or irresponsibility.  It is highly suggested that a basic insurance policy is obtained for riders who choose to commute, take a road safety course, and speak with your local authorities before riding on roads.  All riders under the age of 18 should have a legal guardian supervise while on our vehicles, and abide by local laws. Safety should be your first priority.

Because it is impossible to anticipate every situation or condition which can occur while riding, Cycle Electric makes no representation about the safe use of the vehicle under all conditions. There are risks associated with the use of our products, which cannot be predicted, and are the sole responsibility of the rider.  Please make sure you ride carefully. We recommend that you always wear protective clothing, a bicycle helmet, and God's speed.

Tuning Tools

• Tuning tools aren't allowed on public roads.  These tools manipulate the speed of your electric bike. It's only allowed to use electric bike tuning tools on private, closed areas or on designated routes.
• No liability is assumed for any current or future damages to persons and / or objects caused by the improper use / installation / uninstallation of the tuning tool.
• You use tuning tools at your own risk.
• The manufacturer´s warranty of your vehicle may void if you use tuning tools to manipulate the speed of your electric bike.

Performance Values

Please note that all information about our vehicles regarding expected range, speed, battery life, etc. on a single charge are estimates and not a guarantee.  While our products have gone through numerous tests, there are many other factors that contribute to actual real-world results.  Factors such as weight, temperature, terrain, angle of climb, height, payload, terrain, speed, age of battery, climate conditions, etc. will always impact the actual performance.  Depending on conditions, you may experience less than the expected range or even greater than the maximum range.  If this is a concern, we suggest considering a more powerful option in our range.  However, based upon testing and customer reviews, this does not seem to be an issue if the appropriate vehicle is chosen.

Our products offer great capabilities and can grow with the rider to high levels as their skills increase.  This will provide years of great fun, but we kindly ask that you take responsibility to yourself and others.  Follow local laws, respect those around you, and keep yourself and others safe from harm.  Happy riding from all of us at Cycle Electric!
